I smashed my legs again on the trainer this morning in below zero temperature but this time I was prepared. I took a towel to mop up the sweat and wore a head band to keep it out of my eyes. I'll give it a few more mornings of hard and steady before I start getting serious and doing intervals. Just get the bucket ready.
My neck and back are slowly getting back to normal. Just looking after my back and taking it bit by bit seems to be paying off. With a bit of luck I'll be back in top form in a couple of weeks.
I'm back on the bitumen tomorrow so you can bet it'll be urinating down.
