- 1 Chondroitin tab
- 4 Fish Oil tabs
- 2 Magnesium tabs
- 1 Zinc tab
- 2 Co-enzyme Q10 tabs
- 2 vitamin C tabs
- at least 4 pieces of fresh citrus
- 4 Echinacea tabs
and now I've started on
- Olive Leaf Extract 3 times a day
Just imagine how crook I'd be if I didn't have all these to help me along. Keep an ear out. You may hear me rattling up a hill behind you at the Alpine.

Watch out with the C & citrus. I hear too much C can give you kidney stones. Ouch.
Ah, no. The one place you won't be at the Alpine is behind me, especially going uphill.
