I don't know the involved parties here as I live in the USA, but this type of display gets my blood boiling wherever it's from.
I think one of the most telling points was when she made reference to cyclists using the roadway, so she should be able to drive her car in their yard. It is this mentality - that motorists somehow literally own the roadway - that is a root of our problems. I don't understand how someone with even half a mind can equate usage of public roadways to usage of someone's own backyard.
